1. Introduction
Welcome to ZionBites, a Landmark University–based food ordering and delivery platform designed to provide convenient, reliable, and affordable meal solutions for students and staff.
By accessing or using the ZionBites platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Eligibility
ZionBites is currently available exclusively to members of Landmark University, including students, staff, and authorized personnel.
Users must be at least 16 years old and must complete the registration process with valid institutional details before placing orders.
3. Account Registration and Security

You must create a registered account before placing any order.

All registration details must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

ZionBites will never request sensitive information (e.g., passwords) outside the official platform.

Unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or misuse may lead to account suspension or termination.
4. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed only through the ZionBites app or website using approved payment methods, including Nexus Card, Paystack, and Flutterwave.

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable charges unless otherwise stated.

Once an order is successfully placed and payment confirmed, it will be forwarded to Alumni Kitchen or other partner vendors for processing.

ZionBites reserves the right to reject or cancel any order in cases of payment issues or vendor unavailability.
5. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once payment has been processed.

In cases of confirmed errors (e.g., incorrect or missing items), ZionBites will ensure a replacement meal is provided at no additional cost.

Refunds may be issued only in rare, verified cases and at the sole discretion of ZionBites management.
6. Delivery and Pickup

Meals can be delivered to approved campus zones or picked up at Alumni Kitchen or other designated pickup points.

Delivery times vary based on order volume, kitchen readiness, and distance; however, our goal is always timely and efficient service.

Users must be available at the provided location upon delivery. Failure to respond or delays caused by the user may result in forfeiture of the order.
7. Code of Conduct

All users are expected to treat ZionBites staff, delivery partners, and vendors with respect.

Harassment, abuse, or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.

Any violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban from the platform.

ZionBites reserves the right to deny service to anyone who violates these terms.
8. Partnerships
ZionBites operates in partnership with the Landmark University Alumni Association (LUAA) and Alumni Kitchen to deliver a trusted and student-focused food service.
These partnerships enable seamless operations and ensure consistent meal quality across campus.
9. Data Protection and Privacy

User data is collected and processed solely for service delivery and operational improvement.

ZionBites does not sell, trade, or rent user information to third parties.

Personal data is handled in compliance with Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

By using the platform, you consent to the storage and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability

ZionBites and its partners are not liable for any losses, delays, or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., network issues, power outages, vendor delays).

While we ensure hygiene and safety standards across all vendors, ZionBites shall not be held responsible for incidents outside our operational control.

Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total value of the order placed.
11. Modifications to the Terms
ZionBites reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Revised terms will be posted on the app and website, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
